Kelly Mulcair (BA, BCL, LL.B, RHN) is the creator, writer, photographer and recipe developer behind Inspired Edibles. She is currently based in the San Francisco Bay area.
An alumni teacher of the Canadian National Institute of Health, Kelly is a popular speaker and educator who shares her passion for health and nutrition with individuals of all ages and stages of life, inspiring them to uncover their unique paths to wellness.
As the regular contributing writer of Nutrition and Wellness features for Moods Magazine, Kelly has authored over 40 articles for the Toronto based publication with a national circulation. Moods Magazine is dedicated to supporting individuals living with mood disorders, including: depression; anxiety; bipolar disorder; seasonal affective disorder; addictions and eating disorders.
